Dante Through the Invisible

1996

A contemporary adaptation of Dante Alighieri's 14th Century classic, The Divine Comedy. In a cheap hotel room in a country at war Joe, a soldier, is on the brink of suicide. So begins his soul's journey to hell and back.

Written by Mac Gudgeon and devised by the Handspan ensemble, designed and directed by Ken Evans, with a soundtrack composed by David Chesworth.
